Qatar installed :

  1.  200 GRP concrete Surround Pipes , Qty 549 meter
  2.  300 GRP concrete Surround Pipes , Qty 1632 meter
  3.  400 GRP concrete Surround Pipes , Qty 1309 meter
  4.  500 GRP concrete Surround Pipes , Qty 278 meter

N.D.M. works of Micro Tunnelling to install 770mm diameter steel sleeve (2m
length) using the Slurry Spoil Removal machine AVN 600. Then rejack it by the
GRP concrete surround pipes which will be manufactured by an approved and
especial pipe manufacture.

  
     
 
 

Receive the machine on the reception shaft and disconnect of the micro tunneller
 as well as trailing tube.
Pull the service lines out of the tunnel.
Install the product pipe.

Once the jacking operation is completed, GRP concrete surround pipe to be placed on by the rejack the steel  sleeve .
